Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, but we kindly ask all customers to give us as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
⏰ Late Cancellations: Any appointment cancelled within 30 minutes of the scheduled time will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.
❌ No-Shows: Customers who fail to attend their appointment without notifying us will be charged 100% of the booked service.
As a small business, missed appointments have a significant impact on our barbers and their time.
